Meet ATHIRA DEV, a 30-year-old artist, illustrator, muralist, and fashion designer born in Ernakulam, Kerala, India and raised in various parts of the country.
With a passion for art since a young age, Athira uses creativity as a means of self-expression and emotional release. She specialises in Botanical, Floral, Landscapes, Concept & Representational art.
She studied Fashion Knitwear Design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Bangalore, graduating as the Best Performing Student with a Best Design Collection award in 2015. Athira continued to pursue education, earning a Master of Arts in Design Futures from Nottingham Trent University in the UK and later working as a Graphic and Apparel Designer.

However, the pandemic in 2020 served as a turning point, leading Athira to rediscover a love for art and eventually leave their corporate job to become a freelance artist. Athira launched her own website in May 2021 and is eager to share her passion for art and self-expression with others through each piece they create. Inspired by nature and emotions, Athira explores themes of beauty, freedom, and self-love, using both digital and traditional techniques to bring their heart and dedication to each product.
