Shipping Policy

At Athira Art Studio, we offer complimentary shipping within India for all purchases above INR 999. For purchases below INR 999, a standard shipping fee of INR 80 will apply.

Typically, orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days, and delivery is expected within 2-7 days after dispatch.

However, if the delivery location is challenging to access, the delivery time may exceed our estimated timeframe.

To confirm the delivery address, we may reach out to you via the email or phone number provided. We utilize only reputable courier companies and/or Speed Post for all deliveries.

ATHIRA ART STUDIO cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or any external factors beyond our control. Our goal is to ensure the timely delivery of your order as stated in the order confirmation. In the unlikely event that delivery is not feasible due to reasons outside of Athira Art Studio's control, such as poor courier services in the area, inaccessible delivery location, or force majeure events, we will notify you and cancel the order, providing a full refund.

 

SHIPPING UNFRAMED PRINTS

The processing time for unframed print orders is typically one week as each print is produced on an individual basis. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing a delay, the customer will be notified of the estimated turnaround time.

SHIPPING GALLERY-WRAPPED CANVAS PRINTS

The processing time for gallery-wrapped canvas print orders is typically two weeks as each print is produced on an individual basis. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing a delay, the customer will be notified of the estimated turnaround time.

PROCESSING TIME FOR AN ORIGINAL PRINT

The preparation and packaging of original paintings for shipping requires a minimum of 5 business days. Small and medium to large-sized paintings will be securely wrapped and shipped in a box.

Please note that insurance coverage for the artwork is the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise all buyers to obtain insurance to protect against potential risks of loss, damage, or destruction of the artwork during shipping and transit.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By granting the delivery service the "Authority to Leave" option, the parcel will be left at the specified location as per your instructions. It is understood that once the parcel has been left at the premises, it is deemed received and ATHIRA ART STUDIO and the courier service will not be held responsible for any subsequent loss or damage. By choosing this option, you agree to release ATHIRA ART STUDIO from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including consequential losses, incurred by you or any other party as a result of the Authority to Leave being exercised.
