It is mandatory that you contact us via email at support@athirartstudio within 7 days of receiving your product, providing your Order Number, Full Name, and the reason for requesting a replacement or refund. This will allow us to schedule a pickup for the return of the product.
We will only consider a full refund or replacement of the product, along with the associated shipping/return costs, in the event of the following conditions:
- Receipt of a damaged product, or
- The size of the product received does not match the size as indicated on the product page.
In the event of issues with the colour of the product or a change of mind regarding the product, store credit will be provided, but the shipping/return costs will not be covered by ATHIRA ART STUDIO.
Original artworks, Fine Art prints (Canvas/Paper), Notebooks, Diary, Calendar, and B-Stock:
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on these products unless the wrong product was received. If this is the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt, providing your Order Number, Full Name, and the reason for requesting an exchange. We will schedule a pickup for the return.
If you are not satisfied with the product, please feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com we will be happy to assist you and try to resolve your issue.
Please note that all returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
