Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

The key element of our products is quality control. Product Inspections allow us to verify product quality on site at different stages of the production process and prior to its dispatch, hence we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged, and in an unused condition.

In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at with the images of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced.

Once approved, we will replace the product.

Sets / Bundles

If a product in a set is damaged, the entire set must be returned for exchange or refund. To facilitate the return process, we request that you keep the entire set together.

Returns / refunds / replacements are not applicable on orders placed during Sale periods.

The refund can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account. 



We do not accept any cancellation requests.


In the event that you have entered an incomplete pin code or an incomplete contact number, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at and we will help you out with it.
