Refund Policy

It is mandatory that you contact us via email at support@athirartstudio within 7 days of receiving your product, providing your Order Number, Full Name, and the reason for requesting a replacement or refund. This will allow us to schedule a pickup for the return of the product.

We will only consider a full refund or replacement of the product, along with the associated shipping/return costs, in the event of the following conditions:

  1. Receipt of a damaged product, or
  2. The size of the product received does not match the size as indicated on the product page.

 

In the event of issues with the colour of the product or a change of mind regarding the product, store credit will be provided, but the shipping/return costs will not be covered by ATHIRA ART STUDIO.

Original artworks, Fine Art prints (Canvas/Paper), Notebooks, Diary, Calendar, and B-Stock:

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on these products unless the wrong product was received. If this is the case, please contact us at support@athirartstudio.com within 7 days of receipt, providing your Order Number, Full Name, and the reason for requesting an exchange. We will schedule a pickup for the return.

If you are not satisfied with the product, please feel free to reach out to us at customer@athirartstudio.com we will be happy to assist you and try to resolve your issue.

Please note that all returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
